Whilst at New Brighton (see yesterdays post) it also seemed like a good opportunity to try to capture some images of the Irish Sea battering against the coastal defences:

No photographers or cameras were harmed during the making of these images, we just got a little wet……..though not as wet as some of the brave (or should that be foolish) people depicted in these shots…..;0).
