Arley Hall in Cheshire has been in the same family since the late 15th Century, although the current hall was built in the 1830’s/1840’s. Fans of the BBC drama “Peaky Blinders” may recognise the house as Tommy Shelby’s home from series three onwards.

A few shots from our 4 hour snow-shoeing trek in the beautiful forests that surround Inari in northern Finland.
If 4 hours sounds a lot, it wasn’t really….especially when you consider that some of this was spent cooking and eating lunch around the campfire.

This iconic avenue of 18th century beech trees known as the Dark Hedges is only a few miles inland from the Causeway Coast in North Antrim, Northern Ireland. Fans of the brilliant HBO series “Game of Thrones” may well recognise this location as The Kingsroad:
