A Walk in the Woods
A few shots from our 4 hour snow-shoeing trek in the beautiful forests that surround Inari in northern Finland.
If 4 hours sounds a lot, it wasn’t really….especially when you consider that some of this was spent cooking and eating lunch around the campfire.

Wow! Stunning!
Thank you 😊
Wow indeed! Excellent post, multiple outstanding compositions! Was the second shot a long exposure?
Thanks. Kind of, but hand-held. Shutter speed is a few seconds and I moved the camera up and down to get the movement – vertical panning in effect
Great photos! I can feel the cold! Did you had the chance to visit the wilderness church of Pielpajärvi? It’s a great hike with views of the frozen lakes around Inari and the church is very cute!
Thanks. No unfortunately we didn’t get chance to visit the wilderness church
Amazig shots
Thanks
Your black & white images make me think of Ansel Adams; they are beautiful 🖤
Wow, high praise indeed. Thank you 😊
