Hereford Cathedral Exterior
A cathedral dedicated to the martyred King Ethelbert has stood on this site in Hereford for about 1,300 years. The current building is largely Norman in construction and architectural style. The statue in the first shot below is of the famous English composer Sir Edward Elgar, who lived in Hereford between 1904 and 1911.

Lovely shots, Mark. I think churches and cathedrals are really difficult to photograph. These are buildings that need some ‘outside’ help.
The B & W shot is a good example with the white clouds behind the building and the leafless trees and tree shadow to frame it.
Thanks Vicki…..I agree
wonderful, i love it in monochrome!
Thanks Cyb 😊
A beautiful black and white Mark!
