My frustration is that I sometimes spot potential images but the opportunity passes me by because my kids are galloping off into the yonder or I’ve got a place to be or – most annoyingly – I’m driving and there’s no safe way to pull over. Those missed images haunt me sometimes.
I empathise completely…..I don’t have kids, but my wife has a habit of wandering off π……and as for being in the car and not being able to stop, well I couldn’t agree more.

Wonderful use of the puddle reflection.
One of those things I just happened to notice π
But you happened to notice it because you have the keen, gimlet eye of a skilled photographer.
Thanks…..but I probably miss as many opportunities as I take…..but then you can’t take everything I guess π

There’s something altogether romantic about Italy’s narrow old lane ways.
