St Gimignano

In my last post I mentioned that St Gimignano in Tuscany was world-famous for its many medieval towers……….well I hope the following demonstrates that fact and that this quaint old hilltop town is also pretty popular with the tourists:

The land of my forfathers and I’ve never been Mark. Your photographs have truly strengthened a resolve to visit for sure. I’m enjoying your journey immensely! 🙂

Really….I didn’t know you had Italian ancestry. You should definitely go then, because it will mean so much more 😊

Thanks Laura…..well it’s not that big, hence why most people visit for the day……which is why it does get quite busy with tourists.

As you may be aware I had to work in Italy for 4 months and I visited St Gimignano but my photographic skills weren’t as progressed as they are now so I would love to return with some time on my hand – excellent set.
