In Amongst The Vineyards
In my last post I mentioned that Volpaia sits at the heart of Tuscany’s Chianti region. As any lover of the sacred grape knows, Chianti means wine…….and wine means vineyards. It was too early in the growing season to have taken photos of bunches of succulent Sangiovese grapes, but that didn’t stop me from taking the following shots amongst the vineyards of Castello di Volpaia:

Beautiful Mark! I love that Poppy!
Thanks……one of those that I nearly missed 😉
oooooo! Beautiful!
Thanks Laura
You’re welcome. 🙂
Fantastic place, great Pictures. Thanks.
Thanks
There is something absolutely stunning about vineyards. The fragility the grapes have during growth and then the force they achieve as the final product. It’s almost magical. There lives a sublime atmosphere in your pictures which makes me want to to visit the place.
All the best,
Hanna
