I like this simple shot, but I can’t help feeling that it would have been better had I pressed the shutter button a few seconds earlier, to get more of the couple’s reflection in the water:
I tend to take more images than I need to for that very simple reason – sometimes one captures the perfect moment right after a couple of less-than-perfect shots. Only trouble is that it can be very tedious reviewing so many images of what initially appears to be the very same scene.
It is nice and dreamy as it is, but guess you are right also compostionwise it would have been better to have more space for them to walk into 😉
Have a great week, Mark!

Lovely tones and textures – but I think you’re right. As well as giving them more space they would have been less central, but not so much so to detract from the calmness of the image.

Would’ve been nice, but this is good as well! I like it. 🙂
Thanks Camilla 😊
It’s in moment like that that you wish life had a 5 second rewind button
😊
It’s a lovely image anyway, Mark.
