      Thanks Sarah…..yes well worth a visit. I’ve just concentrated on the cathedral with these shots (and there are still more to come 😉) but the town is nice too.

        I believe it’s quite a historic city! There’s mention of the city going way back to Anglo-Saxon times, possibly even Roman era. I look forward to seeing more of your photos 🙂

    Been to Lichfield so many time and have friends who live their, plus only just up the road BUT never been inside the Cathedral. Thanks for showing me what I have missed.

      I know, I guess it’s because it gives them more flexibility to lay things out how they want depending on what it’s being used for.
